1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Prakhar Bhaarat Tools platform ("Platform") at tools.prakharbhaarat.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Prakhar Bhaarat Enterprises ("we", "us", "Company"), a business registered in India.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides free online tools in three categories:

• Business Calculators — Client-side mathematical calculators (ROI, CAC, LTV, GST, EMI, etc.) that process data entirely in your browser.
• AI-Powered Tools — Tools that use large language models (via third-party AI providers) to generate content such as SOPs, resumes, business analyses, and more. Require sign-in and your own API key (BYOK).
• Utility Tools — File processing tools (PDF operations, image editing, QR generation, invoice creation) that run entirely in your browser.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Certain features (AI tools, history saving) require creating an account via Google sign-in or email/password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. By creating an account, you also agree to Supabase's terms of service.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

The Platform allows you to connect your own API keys from third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI Studio, OpenRouter). When using BYOK:

• Your API key is stored in your browser's localStorage and is not stored on our servers.
• Your key is transmitted over HTTPS to our server solely to proxy the request to the AI provider, and is immediately discarded after the request completes.
• You are responsible for all costs incurred through your API key.
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of the respective AI provider.
• We are not responsible for any charges, data processing, or actions taken by third-party AI providers.

5. Usage Monitoring & Error Logging

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We log each tool usage event (tool ID, category, action type, timestamp, IP address, and browser user-agent) to monitor platform health, enforce fair use, and improve the service.
• We log tool errors and failures (error messages, stack traces, and request context) to diagnose and resolve issues proactively.
• If you are signed in, usage and error logs are linked to your user account. If you are not signed in, they are linked to an anonymous session identifier.
• We do not log the content of your inputs, outputs, files, or AI prompts in these monitoring logs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform at scale.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Use AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.
• Resell or redistribute the Platform's services without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform's code, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Prakhar Bhaarat Enterprises. Content you generate using the tools (calculations, AI outputs, processed files) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs.

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may be subject to the output policies of the underlying AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter).

8. Disclaimers

• No Professional Advice: Calculator results and AI outputs are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
• AI Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify AI outputs before making business decisions.
• Availability: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prakhar Bhaarat Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
