Getting Started
Prakhar Bhaarat Tools is a platform of business calculators, AI-powered generators, and file utilities built for Indian businesses. Calculators and utility tools are completely free. AI tools require your own API key (BYOK).
Visit the home page and use the search bar or category tabs (Business, AI, Utility) to find a tool. You can also access tools from the navigation menu.
Business calculators and utility tools work instantly without signing in. Enter your numbers, upload your files, and get results immediately.
AI-powered tools (SOP Generator, CRM Builder, etc.) require sign-in and your own API key. Go to Profile to add your key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI Studio, or OpenRouter.
When signed in, click the Save button on any result to add it to your activity history. Your history syncs across devices.

Click the generate button. The AI processes your input and returns a structured, ready-to-use result in 5-15 seconds.
Copy the result, save it to your history, or use it directly. Results are formatted in clean, readable sections.

Privacy: All file operations use client-side JavaScript (pdf-lib, pdf.js, html2pdf.js, Canvas API). Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded to any server.
BYOK: Bring Your Own Key
AI tools on this platform require you to bring your own API key (BYOK). This keeps the platform sustainable and gives you full control over which AI model you use and what you pay.
Create an account with one of the supported providers and generate an API key:
- Anthropic — console.anthropic.com (uses Claude Sonnet 4)
- OpenAI — platform.openai.com (uses GPT-4o Mini)
- Google AI Studio — aistudio.google.com (uses Gemini 2.0 Flash, generous free tier)
- OpenRouter — openrouter.ai (choose from 200+ models)
Go to your profile, scroll to the AI API Keys (BYOK) section. Select your provider, paste your key, and click Save.
That's it. Every AI tool will now automatically use your key. No other changes needed. You'll see better response quality and no rate limits from our side.
Your API key is stored in your browser's localStorage. When you use an AI tool, the key is included in the request to our server, which proxies it to the provider. The key is used for that single request and is never logged or stored on our servers. You can verify this in the source code.
Recommendation: Google AI Studio offers a generous free tier. If you just want to try BYOK without spending money, start there.
History & Profile
After using any AI tool, click the Save button on the result. This adds it to your activity history for future reference.
Go to History in the navigation bar. All your saved results are listed with timestamps. Click any item to revisit the tool.
When signed in, your history syncs to the cloud via Supabase. Sign in on any device to see the same history.
Your profile page shows your account info, BYOK settings, recent activity, and quick links to useful pages.

What's free and what requires an API key?
Business calculators and utility tools are completely free with no limits. AI-powered tools require sign-in and your own API key (BYOK) from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI Studio, or OpenRouter.
Do my files get uploaded to your servers?
No. All file operations (PDFs, images) run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device.
What data does the platform log?
We log tool usage events (which tool, when, action type) and tool errors (error messages, stack traces) to monitor platform health and fix issues. We do not log your input content, files, or AI prompts. If you're signed in, logs are linked to your account; otherwise they use an anonymous session ID. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What AI model powers the tools?
You choose! With your own API key (BYOK), you can use Claude Sonnet 4 (Anthropic), GPT-4o Mini (OpenAI), Gemini 2.0 Flash (Google AI Studio), or any of 200+ models through OpenRouter.
Is my API key safe?
Your API key is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never stored on our servers. It is sent over HTTPS to our server only to proxy the AI request, then immediately discarded.
Can I use this on mobile?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive. All tools, including PDF and image utilities, work on mobile browsers.
What languages are supported?
The interface is available in English, Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Bangla, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada. Use the language selector in the header to switch.
